Please help with Canon Print / Firmware Issue!
I have a Canon IR-2270G fielded with all the goodies, but when access codes are enabled the printer properties window for Apple Mac IRfII driver doesn't give an option to input the access code. All I get is an error stating wrong access code or password. I tried using the PS driver and that one gives an option, but still gives an error message after the code is entered and the job is sent.
Can anyone help me update the firmware on this model. I don't have any canon update tools or programs (grrrr.) Thanks in advance for your help!
