Missing printouts using Equitrac Office print management software

HI

I am trying to set up the hold print function using Equitrac's Office print management software.
I have created a rule for each device which is set to hold each printout, when I try to print nothing comes out, but there is nothing in the queue on the device jobs list, so where has the printout gone?
