    NRG MP 2000

    Hello,

    I tried to install my network printer on my computer, but i can't find scanner drivers to scan from my computer directly from nrg.
    If anyone help me to find drivers.. i tried to download from ricoh website TWAIN drivers, but don't work, can't find the nrg..

    I've the nrg MP2000 on network.

      Your best bet is going to be scan to email or scan to folder, especially as you have the machine on as network. TWAIN just hasn't really seemed to work since Service Pack 2 of Windows XP. It takes a little more configuration, but it's much easier and you don't need to operate the computer and the copier at the same time.

          This equipment does not work with twain drivers. As mentioned you have to create users and configure the network settings to perform scan-to-folder or scan-to-email. For scan-to-folder simply specify the folder path. For email you have to have data from the mail server, authentication, and a valid user.
