Richo CL7000 CFM Cannot Find Server

So I have a new client with an Aficio CL7000CFM attached to his network and I can ping the IP address of the machine and print to it however, the scan portion of the system cannot find the server.
I have tried installing ScanRouter Pro and ScanRouter Enterprise SR Managers on their Windows Server 2003 and when it is asked to search for the server name or IP address there is no server address found anywhere on the network.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

      NCS Clear - No Joy

So, we did the NCS Clear on the machine without success. To resolve the issue, I installed a copy of Adobe Acrobat Full version and it scans in B&W without issue. When scanning in color it says it doesn't have sufficient memory to complete the scan. Do you know if that is MACHINE(Ricoh) memory or COMPUTER memory? Any other ideas as to why it wouldn't scan using Scan Router?

The insufficient memory is the MFP memory, try it at a lower resolution or add memory, the default memory is insufficient for FC scans at 600dpi, use 300dpi.

You may try the add / remove device in ScanRouter or try setting the server address manually:

        In Scanner SP
SP8-001, set the IP of the PC runnung SR

        And version of ScanRouter

        In system or copy SP
SP5-974-1, 0 for lite and 1 for full

          Zed-
Thanks for the memory tip. We were trying to run at 300 DP and it was only 1 red "paid" stamp on a white piece of paper and still was insufficient.
The IP address on SP-8-001 IS set to the SR PC server address. I'll have to go back next week to check SP5.
SR Version is the latest available on the Ricoh website. Pro and Enterprise versions.

I can remember that you have to add an exception to the Windows Firewall?
