    Equitrac Express and Inepro Gateway

    I'm having trouble making a Inepro Paycon2 interact with Equitrac express. The Inepro manual is vague at best, and Equitrac apparently doesn't have one on this.

    I've followed the Inepro manual to configure the terminal and to install and configure the Inepro gateway service. No go. I assume I need to add the device to Equitrac, but have no idea how.

    Any takers?

      Solved - the user running the gateway service didn't have the necessary permissions.
