    Scan Router on LD075

    Dear Experts,
    I installed scan router on Xp and configured successfull,but the problem is I cannot see the folder Names on copier Machine,it is showing Blank Boxes,how should i distinguish which box is which folder,what can be the reason,is it because of any virus or ??.

    The names are automatically added to the boxes when the destinations are properly programmed in the 'delivery table' within the Scanrouter software. You must not have typed them in when setting the destinations. There's no other reason i can think of

      Dear Sand,
      i typed the names, but still the same, also i formatted the pc coz i thought may be becoz of any virus but still no names display on machine.dont know y like this...

        Have you setup "scanrouter" previously. I assumed you meant the boxes were there, but no names? But now I think you mean there are no boxes at all?
        Have you added the I/O device?
        Also...in windows XP, you must open TCP port 3670 in windows firewall., and if you have also re-installed XP, it must be running Service pack 2 at minimum to function at all

          scanrouter is working fine i can able to scan also only the problem is it is not showing the destination names on Machine it is showing only blank boxes without names, i hope u got my point now.
