    Pagescope Enterprise Suite License Management

    I've got a customer whose server running Pagescope is gone. Now he wants to install PSES on a new server but the license software tells him the license is currently in use.

    How can we get past this? I've been told to look on the KM site for a support page were the customer could unlock the license to apply it on a new server, but I can't find such page.

    Can someone please point me in the right direction?

      Any chance of managing the pagescope licenses when the IIS is borked and we can't access the machine via webbrowser? All I want to do is to unlock the license in order to transfer it to a new server.

          You or he will have to call KM and have them walk ya threw it over the phone.
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
