Hello Copytecher's

has any one experienced setting up the fax forwarded data is Displayed in the Cisco Agent Desktop software?They have a integration between their CCX and e-mail Server, The Fax Forwarded data is Displayed properly in the e-mail. my machine is Konica minolta C353,with FK 510.

I have not tried FaxForwarding with a Cisco AD, but with the KMBS units you need to set up a user box in order to do any fax forwarding. Download the KMBS user manuals from http://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/content/support/supporthome.html, this will tell you how to set up a user box, direct the faxes to be deposited into the C353 user box, and set the parameters to forward the fax to a device.
