Hi,
I have an idea about virtual printing via a fiery RIP. I would like to be able to use a print controller or stand alone Fiery Server or even Fiery Software Server. I would like to send out imposed .PDFs to print in various locations instead of my own printer. I have EFI Impose already, and am trying to figure a solution to this. I am looking for a reasonable solution that can be done in a home office.

My idea is that all digital printing is variable (great!!!!) and that items need to go to many places and a centralized printing organization cannot meet these needs, in terms of turnaround/delivery.

Ahh, Planetpress may be better, I just re-read and saw "various locations". Micropress may be able to handle the imposed pdf's and connect to several printers, but not printers in various locations.
