Our IT guy is no longer with us and I have a customer who needs user names changed on a CS-5050 in Kyocapture. He set up 5 dummy accounts called "new user 1-5" and they want these changed to actual user names. i can't find how to access the names. When you go to the machine and hit Kyocapture, it shows 4 groups. If you choose a group it shows the names of the people in the group. These names are what I need to change. I am having no luck finding out how to change them. Can anyone help, please?
