KM Bizhub 350 User Autentication on Windows 7

Hi all and thanks for reading.
A customer of mine has a Konica Minolta Bizhub 350 and needs User Autentication for tracking reason.
On windows XP computers it's OK: when you print anything a pop-up appears asking usermane and password before sending your print in spool queue.
My problem is Windows 7: on this operating system the checkbox relative to that pop-up is greyed out so you cannot enable it, with the result of no pop-up -> User Autentication Form -> no spool -> no print.
Anyone here knows if Konica Minolta has released a driver certified for Windows Vista / 7 that can activate the User Autentication Form?
    Thanks.

Is Authentication set to "enable On Machine" in the Options Menu? This particular option will not Auto Acquire on this model.
Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.

Pepper, are you talking about the setting in the driver, or on the copier?

        I have the same problem.

          Yep, that.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
