I'm having issues getting a e-Studio 25 with a GA-1031 controller to print over the network. I can log into the copier by typing in the ip address in my web browser so I'm assuming it's not a networking issue. I installed the printer driver on my PC by using the add printer wizard->add local printer->create new port TCP/IP port->entered ip/port name->clicked on have disc to select the 1031 driver. Any ideas why this would not be working?

What driver board are you using,(there are 3 GA-1030 or GA-1031 GA-1030 or the native GDI ) You need the correct driver to print.
The GA-1030 and GA-1031 use the same drivers. When the machine is powered up and in the "Ready" condition, press the "Printer" key on the control panel. If you see a list of printer-related menu choices, then the optional GA-1030/31 board is installed. If the GA-1030/31 is installed, you can use the PCL or PS driver for the GA-1030/31. If there is no response to this key, then you must use the GDI driver.Comment

That looks just like the status page from a Konica IP421 interface and like the IP421 you will notice that if your using a RAW port you have to print to port 10001 not port 9100. It's a trap the techs I work with still fall for.
EDIT: We used to have to use ip peer to peer but these days windows can create the right port just have to change the port number and it will work. The force will be with you always.Comment

It is a good path but, you missed one thing. When wizard of Standard TCP/IP Port prompt for Standard Network Card choose Not Standard and then set the LPR and below in line of LPR type "print"."A process cannot be understood by stopping it. Understanding must move with the flow of the process, must join it and flow with it"
"What do you despise? By this you are truly known"
