Detect file on specified folder and move it

Anyone knows of a free or cheap utility that will monitor a specified folder for new files and, when a new file is put there, move it to another folder?

    Cheers!

That would require me to run the batch file manually. I need a resident program that would monitor the folder continuously or every x seconds.

Depending on the OS, you can always set it to run as a scheduled task. Most of the cost based file managers I've seen end up being memory hogs.
