Ricoh mpc3500 print spooling very very slow

Hi,

we new machine ricoh mpc3500 and we ave installed it and did a test printing for a word file which contains scanned documents saved in the word file and organized, we are trying to print the file for 11 pages its take us between 15 to 25 mints of spooling and another 15 mint to print, for the same we used the normall hp color print and its priting it in less than 2 mints.

Any suggestion

Try using a different driver. Either PCL5c or RPCS is usually a good choice, unless the machine has a PostScript chip in it. The PCL6 drive a lot of people try using is a POS.
