Yes, I think that it is still available for purchase, but I am not familiar enough with fax routing on Ricoh products to give any good help here.

I don't think they sell Scan Router Pro anymore. They don't even sell the later version Scan Router EX Pro.

It is no longer sold, and hasn't been for a while.

        It's replacement is GlobalScan.

Unfortunately, SR Pro was a champ at fax routing; even GlobalScan is somewhat limited on what it can do with fax routing.

What model machine(s) do you have?

Is this something you can do with... dare I say it...Special Senders?

          Re: Scan Router Pro Question

The copier is a Savin 2828. I tried to configure incoming fax routing to diffrent emails using subcodes but wasnt to succesful. According to the manual it supposed to work. But it clearly does not. I am not a big fan of Global Scan NX. I just had way too many issues with the earlier version of Global Scan and the earlier versions of java. I'm sure a lot of the bugs have been fixed but I am just assuming that..So because the company I work for doesnt have Ricoh support anymore I will not be making a recommendation of Global Nx. Thanks for letting me know about the scan router question.
