Mac printing and xerox

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas I have a mac that I have the xerox driver loaded on The only problem is this customer uses accounting to keep track of all copies and prints. When I go to print I put the user code in and then it just gives me a red exclamation point?? Any idea? I know the user code is good because we can copy at the machine and also print from a windows pc with the same code perfectly.. Thanks,

More than likely, the Mac needs a PostScript driver. Is there one available, and does the box have a PostScript option? Even if you've got the driver right, I don't know if the PS driver gives you as many options in terms of accounting as a PCL driver would.
