Sorting the Address Book entries alphabetically - KonicaMinolta Bizhubs

How to sort the Address Book entries alphabetically in KonicaMinolta Bizhubs, please?
If I add Clay and then Al and I put them under index ABC, Al shows after Clay.

Is there any way of sorting the entries alphabetically please?

We are talking about a list of over 50 entries.

Export - sort - save as .csv - import - did the trick.
