Bizhub 20 Authenication Errors

What the trick to get network scanning done on these? Cannot get past this vague, useless error.

Tried FTP too, that gives me a Sending Error.

The utility is workable, but not practical for setting up server based/ or multiple destinations.

What vague error are you getting?

What protocol are you trying to use?

What FTP software are you using?

Did you open up the FTP ports in the firewall on the PC running the FTP server?

Have you checked the error on the web interface?

The Bizhub 20 is a relabeled Brother product- you may find help if you research Brother scan issues.
