I prefer to bypass Sharpdesk altogether and simply set up the machine with a static IP address and the correct DNS settings etc. as scan to e-mail is the main feature used, Sharpdesk is only useful IMO for the OCR.

The MXM260N needs an IP address set up internally through the system settings and then from there you can edit everything related to scanning via the web page, from there, you can manually set paths to a desktop or shared network folder as well, once again completely bypassing Sharpdesk.

You can also just reconfigure the paths to each desktop using the network scanner tool. Just open it up, delete the old path and type in the ip for the 260. Once it finds it just save the new address.

Easier than that is in the scanner list delete the arm and scan for the 260. hit apply and it should ad the profiles to the 260.
