imagistics 4511 network codes same as sharp 455

I have a customer with a networked Imagistics/Oce 3511 copier (same as a Sharp ARM355/455) who just changed IT vendors. The new vendor will host the network offsite and is asking for the user name and password to setup DNS.

The only user name/password combo we have found to work is:
    user
    1234

This only allows access to the "Destination" portion of the copier's NIC page. This is found under the subheading "Image Send Management".

My problem is that I need the user name and password for the "Network Setup" subsection, "Services" bullet. This will allow their IT guy to setup the DNS server info. *The older 3510/4510's did not need a password to access this "Services" section.

    So far, I have tried:
admin/1234 (both lowercase and with capital A)
    user/1234
    user/user
    1234/1234

It seems on these NIC's a different user name and password is needed for each section of the NIC menu

ok it looks like the defaugh password has been changed. anyone know a way of finding this out or resetting it

no this question is not for key op code, it's a network issue.

The simplest way is to reset nic - go to "key operator program" tab in the "custom settings" on the copier (default to get in is "00000"), then select "network settings" and on the bottom right you will see "reset nic". After power down/up you should be able to get back in the "network settings" to restore your IP address and default gateway, then cycle power again and use web browser to log in with default admin/1234 - and you can change anything you want and also change default password to new one (if you can remember it)
