scanning problem

Good day, can you help me with scanning twain problem, when you press the button scan in the interface the twain scanner, the computer freezes does not display any error messages, the firewall is off. In others computers of de lan, working properly.

The scanner is a Ricoh Multifuntional MP2000

I appreciate any help.

What is the PC operating system. Ricoh Twain scanning doesn't seem to support 64 bit OS.

Why not configure push scan. Either scan to email or scan to folder?

Hi, the operating system is Win XP Service Pack 3, 32 bits, This client uses twain scans because they need grayscale scannning and saved in jpg file.
