When you turn the machine on, did it ever print out a network configuration page?

If so, see if the IP address has changed for some random reason or that the port hasn't gone from 9100 back to 10001.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

Connect a computer monitor to the IP601, and check the boot-up process- My guess is that the hard drive has failed. I do not have the firmware or hard drive program for reloading.

Thanks for the response. I tried connect the ip-601 to monitor but I did not get it, I need some special cable or something to connect.
Thanks and I hope your help. The printer only works as a copier.

The IP-601 is a regular PC - You can connect a monitor and keyboard to check if it is working. If you take out the lower right panel at the back of the machine, you'll see the PC connectors where you can connect the monitor. Connect it, turn it on and check the screen for any error message.
