konica minolta, fiery system 8 rip

i have a fiery rip for my konica minolta bizhub c5500 the problem i'm having is that i cannot access the admin settings via the priter and pc as i do not have the pass word.. if i try connect via remote desktop i run into the same problem is there anyone that can help me

Fiery.1 is the standard password (unless someone changed it).

thanks i got the password its
"Fiery.1" without the quotes..

when i send a job to the rip via the fiery command work station it processes but it wont print the job how do i fix this...

My first guess is that the driver (on the pc) is set to send the job to the hold queue (default, iirc). Go to the properties for that printer, click the Ports tab. Highlight the port that's checked and click Configure Port. In The LPR Settings box, change the port name from hold to direct.

thanks for the help...
i changed the settings the job is going from the rip to the printer but its still not printing are there any other settings i could change to make it print
i have changed the paper settings on the printer i have but it keeps asking for paper weight and size to be put in the draws i have done all that but still it wont print....
is there any way i can cheat or over ride the rip or printer to get it to start printing

i managed to get it working i had to change the paper settings on the printer....

how do i get the model of the finisher coz i would like to know it capabilities and set them up to use them..
i ask because it did not come with all those details as it is a second hand machine....

Go into the driver properties and click the configuration tab. If there's an auto-config option, use it. If not, and you're not sure what you have, EFI does a pretty good job of creating a graphic right there in the config section. Add the options that look like what's on the machine.

Thanks i checked the front door there is nothing.. One of the first things i did was check the front door...........

But i do keep getting a c2811 code drum surface potential error i have cleaned the sensor and replaced the drum unit i have also run many gamma sets and sensor init's but it keeps coming back i have also checked the print board and still i found nothing is there anyother ways i can sort this mc out.......
