I would look at the Netgear UTM devices.
I use these in my networks to prevent users from looking at Facebook and other sites, downloading malicous software and the likes.
Not only would this device help protect your network, but also do what you want to do.Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.Comment
