    Issue on Ricoh MP2000L and Windows 7

    Hi all,
    i fond an issue on a Ricoh MP2000 L (DDST driver) and Windows 7.
    Before my customer had windows XP with no problem, so the copier is working correctly.
    Now with windows 7 and the latest driver downloaded from the ricoh site:
    1. When you try to print a normal page (from word, excel, adobe reader and the print test page) without dealing with the print setting the page orientation is landscape instead of portrait.
    i had to deal with the print settings in the control panel and i've found that i must check the "LONG MARGIN IS VERTICAL" to have the correct page orientation;
    2. then i try to print in A3 format the copier turns off the red light on the printer button, asking for the user to input manually the tray where the A3 paper is loaded, even if the copier knows that A3 paper is loaded into tray 2.
    Any ideas?
