Scan to email on a DSC 232

I have got to go to a DSC 232 and configure it to scan to email, although we are a Ricoh dealer we have not sold them for years and don't know this model, and mainly service Konica Minolta's & Kyocera's.

My question is can I configure this via athe web browser?, is there a web browser password? and basicly any other tips.
