    Canon 5185 Network Issue

    Hello

    I have a Canon IR5185 that the network settings are not showing. When the customer goes into additional functions system settings network settings the setting for ivp4 is missing. Does anyone know if there is a setting I need to change or does this mean the nic card is bad?

      maybe the nic hung up, go to user menue and try reset to factory default at first
      If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!

          This happens when there is a RIP attached,
          The network settings are on the RIP
          go to printer tab > print pages> configuration.
