Is anyone using OMD and allowing the techs do "auto dispatch " close calls, enter parts ? If so what is required as far as extra software or phone models, we are currently using OMD and our techs have Blackberries in the field.

We are about to implement OMD with droid phones. It is not up and running, but we are using software called MWAi that integrates with OMD. Once installed, techs will be able to open, close, and incomplete calls for parts in the field. Our phone are Samsung Infuse phones.
