Installing Print Drivers on different windows user accounts

hello guys i have a client that want to setup 5 different user accounts on a pc, and have it hooked up to MXM2610N mFP, however he wants to monitor the usage of copy, print and scans from each user account, do i need to install the print drivers on each user account? or is there another way to do this, maybe install on admin account and then share to the others? i am not sure how i can do this, can someone help me please?thanks in advance

Logon to the PC with the Local Administrator Account and then install the print driver which will then make it avaiable to all users on that PC.

Once that is done, the users (as long as they aren't local administrators as well) can then change the printing preferences to suit themselves without effecting the other users.

To track printing, you will need to use something like deparment codes.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

        Redserv,
i know this is old, but being that youre working on sharps you should go take a look at my Skelton Business Equipment Houston Copiers
and see the MX user control PDF. it will walk you through all of it, including entering the codes into the drivers.
