C252 with no network

Hi all,

Another question.

I have a Konica Miniolta C252 with no network connection, what I mean by that is when I plug a network cable into the machine I don't even get the light on the NIC to flash. The cable is fine as I've tested it on other machines. Is there any settings I need to change? I can't think of any but you never know.
If not does it mean changing the main board?

Try initializing the NIC from service mode. This will reset everything back to factory.

You also might want to try connecting a laptop directly to the copier to see if you get a connection in which case you might have an issue between your switch and device.

Thanks for the reply theowl, I'll give all that a try but think I've done all I can in techrep mode but I didn't try a connection from a laptop. Might just end up putting this out as a stand alone copier
