Print & scan using android

Hi guys, I need your help. I'm using Tablet PC Samsung Galaxy tab with Android OS 3.2 Honeycomb. And I want to know how to print from my Tablet. Then how to scan from the MFP bizhub 363 and save in my tablet. How to scan to FTP, SMB or WebDAV setup? thank you for any solution.

there is an app for apple and looks like there is one for android also just search konica minolta in the market it is call page scope mobile
