taskalfa 221 network fax driver problem

Hi has anyone set this up?
we have a customer who called in saying that they cant fax since a setting was changed.

I have tried reinstalling the faxdriver however when you try and send a fax an error message pops up saying it cant connect to the fax.

I have put the i.p address of the print card in the driver tab and created a ip port in the ports tab as well.

any assistance greatfully accepted!!!

If I'm not mistaken the TASKalfa must have the card scanner also.
In the queue the fax driver must assign ip card scanner.
