    eAutomate issue

    I wasn't sure what forum to post this to so if this isn't correct I apologize.

    I have an issue with e Automate and I thought I would throw my question out there on the message boards and see if anyone could help me. We are able to get meter readings, but when we ask it to email the Item re-order alert or the Contract Item Usage Alert it says it sent it but we never receive it. I have checked out the SMTP settings and they are correct and working. Anyone have any ideas?

    You will want to talk to the support team on this. Eautomate is a custom software.. On a side note, how well do you think the software works for asset management? My bosses are discussing using the software and I'm skeptical.
