xerox 7500 series and ap cIV 5570 scan to mac version 10xx. 27-516

anyone out there experi.... the scan to file to mac version 10xxx. having error code 27-516 server connection error ... any help thanks

This error is because Mac OS 10.7 has new SMB package. FX AP IV model do not support scan using SMB.

Switch to scan using FTP protocol, it works well.
