Konica minolta bizhub 600 scanning software needed

Not sure where to locate the software needed to use the scan/address book etc on a bizhub 600.

I have navigated the konica minolta website and have retrieved the print drivers and can print to the equipment but now need the scanning software any help?

If it is on the konica minolta website please send me a hyperlink, I would appreciate it (os is Vista)

Why would you need software to use the address book?
    hint.....web browser

Actually getting scanning working on a vista machine can be a little more problematic.

Without looking at the specifics of the BH600, most of the new BH's can scan to ftp, e-mail, hdd, smb, ncp and probably twain. Care to narrow this down for us? Which one do you want/need to implement?

As for my comment about the software, NO SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED (from km)!!! Unless you insist upon using twain which is a terrible idea in a multiuser environment.

At your experience level, start out setting this up on an XP computer. I don't have any magic bullet tips for vista. I've found this is dependent upon how the IT has set up their DC server and policies, etc. You can certainly try right off the bat with vista, but you may not be able to tell if it is your settings or the network.

Finally, download the scanning and network user manuals that are freely available from the km site.

"hint..... web browser" Look up Pagescope in the manual.
