hello I have a problem with my kyocera fsc2026mfp, when I want to scan with any software with the usb cable it appear a message: Connection failure
she is new and I do not know or is the problem!

go to copystar.com and download all key-op manuals,about 7 of them. scanning with a program you will need the twain drivers on your pc. kyocera has command center which will help you set up the scan. network is better than usb. can you print ?

I install the twain driver included in the cd and software reconnez the scanner but when I start scanning the message appear
note:scanning with the original software it works but it is a bit limited and I reinstall the system or in the event but still nothing
