let's start from the begining, did you install the updated driver?, are you able to fax and print a copy of it?. If you are setting user codes, disable it, and test. When you have user codes and you haven't authorized the fax usage, the light will come on, then off but not print or fax. So make sure, not using user codes and the right drivers, the updated one, becouse the previous version had so many problems...

      V. 1.50 , already check with users codes off. No i can't print the fax.
Regular printer and copy works ok.

When you send the print job are you putting the user code on the driver, both print and lanfax.

for lan fax you need to put it under user settings,

and for printing, right click the printer and go to printing preferences, then go to valid access...

Installation of the "Security Update for Windows KB925902" released April 3rd,2007 can cause a conflict between the Operating System and the LAN-Fax Driver.
            Workaround:

Install the latest version of the LAN-Fax driver available on the company download site (Ver. 1.48 or later). This should correct the conflict and allow you to use the LAN-Fax driver as usual.

If it is not possible to install the latest version of the driver, or if you still experience problems, please un-install the security update. To do this, remove "Security Update for Windows KB925902" using "Add Remove Programs" in the "Control Panel".
Note: Please check with your system administrator before removing any security updates.

Which Windows operating systems does "Security Update for Windows KB925902" apply to?

Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2
Microsoft Windows XP 64-Bit Edition Version 2003 (Itanium)
Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
            Microsoft Windows Server 2003
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for Itanium-based Systems
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with SP1 for Itanium-based Systems
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with SP2 for Itanium-based Systems
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition Service Pack 2
            Microsoft Windows Vista

            Recommend removing this update anyway.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
