Chrome Version : 8.0.552.215 URLs (if applicable) : Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 5: Firefox 3.x: IE 7/8: What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. On a Vista Home Premium system, open Google Mail in Google Chrome with a message having a .doc attachment 2. Click View for the attachment 3. Document opens up in Google Docs 4. Choose File / Print(PDF) 5. On a Vista Home system you'll get the error message: Spooler Subsystem App stopped working and was closed 6. All your printers will be inaccessible, the spooler was just killed 7. Look in the folder C:\Windows\System32\spool|PRINTERS folder and hey, there's a 0000X.SPL shockwave file there (X represents 5, 4 or 2 those were the values I got today), Windows DEP doesn't like it and kills the spooler 8. Remove that file and restart your print spooler (9. Download document and open it up in MS Word and print it from there. Problem solved.) Between step 6 and 7 cost me about 2 hours today, you might want to prevent others from the same suffering. Could it have to do with the new pdf support in the latest Chrome version? Thanks for your attention.

Re: Google Chrome Issues
Chrome in my experience has always been fairly buggy when it comes to printing. Maybe it's because Google only wants you to use cloud print so they can scour what you're printing. Seriously, if this is the latest and greatest version then more than likely it will be fixed in the next release. -

Re: Google Chrome Issues
Chrome is a superior browser compared to others; however, printing with chrome has never been desirable, in my opinion.

Also, that format is difficult to read...Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
