samsung ml3312nd greenway software

I have several ml 3312nd printers working fine on windows 7 and xp. When the customer logs-in to their greenway medical software the internal printing from greenway looses the 2nd paper tray. The customer has the printer loaded twice , once for the top tray once for the second tray. Obviously the greenway software is the problem any ideas on a fix ?

The problem lies within the Greenway program, most likely the printer choices for this software is limited to virtual emulations- Easiest is to contact the helpdesk for Greenway directly and have a chat. See if they can set the printer for one that supports two-tray printing.
