    Properties not appearing on Mac

Hi, I am connected to a Konica Minolta C5501 with Command Workstation. I have no problems printing to it, however I cannot get to any of the advanced property print options ( choice of tray, media, finishing, etc). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Konica technician installed it, I would assume so.

When you look at the properties for the printer, Does the driver reference the Konica, or Generic?

I'm not sure where to look for this, so I'm attaching two screenshots of the printer in system preferences and the properties I see when printing.Screen shot 2012-07-03 at 12.52.39 PM.jpgScreen shot 2012-07-03 at 12.53.18 PM.jpg

It is using the Fiery X3eTY2 65-55C-KM PS2.0 driver, not a generic driver.

And when you drop down the tab that says Safari, you do not see Paper Feed, Color, or Printer features?

mac printing options are usually within application.
So within an application when you select print, it should show the settings, now actually within the printer properties like windows. If it still doesn't present, re-download the drivers and ensure that device is actually using that Manufacture driver
