How do I upgrade from Ricoh Plotbase 3.7.1 to 3.7.1sp4? My customer switched to autocad 2010, this requires the upgrade. I have the RSP file from Ricoh. I have downloaded 3.7.1sp4 from Ricoh. I have only had to install Plotbase twice. 1 full install and 1 upgrade. I need a refresher. If anyone could give mesome directions I would be very grateful. Thank you.

I don't know if you are still waiting for a reply, but if you are here goes:
You have downloaded the 4 compressed files for 3.7.1 SP4, and I am going to assume you have extracted them. The files extract as an ISO and you simply burn the image on a DVD, not a CD.
Once you have done that, go to the pc that needs updating and insert the disk. It may or may not autorun. If it doesn't, explore the disk and click the setup icon. When the disk runs it will give you various options which include uninstalling the previous version of Plotbase.
Make sure you uninstall the previous print driver before you install 3.7.1 SP 4.
I had to upgrade a client who had an older version of Plotbase, and was informed by a Ricoh Service Rep that the only way they found to completely get rid of the files from the old Plotbase (3.6 and prior) was to do a clean install of Windows on the pc. I ran into issues with SNMP communication from a W7 machine to the XP Plotbase pc and a subsequent phone call to Ricoh resulted in that tibit of info they gave me.
