Konika C351 - reset password on scanning

recently changed e-mail password on the account used by C351. Now unit will not scan to e-mail. can't find menu to change TX password. Found RX account and changed PW but still no scan to e-mail.

web browse to the copier. Log in as admin. (should be 12345678 or 0000000 if not changed). Select network tab, then email tab. Look for SMTP under the email tab. I am a little rusty on the C351 but that should get you to the authentication. As I remember the c351 will submit a blank password if you hit submit without entering the password everytime you hit submit. The newer versions should have a check box that you check when you want to change a password.
