Canon CR-190i miss feed

Hello i have a canon check scanner thats jamming or rather with a miss feed error. It jams just before the rear camera. I have checked every sensor and roller but it still happens.
Can anyone advise please as to what the problem could be?

It is a common error in the rollers and it is better to replace it if it is under warranty.
A roller replacement would do but there will be some other problems might come up.
