Scanning BH362

I have two 362's in an office set up for scanning one works the other does not.
Both are set up for computer name not IP address.

The error code is ED09C6 Which seems that the network cable is disconnected but it will print fine.


Any ideas?

go back and double check your settings.
you may have to check for any firmware updates or special firmwares.
try setting it up to scan to your laptop with a cross over.
eliminate the network for now.
if it works to the laptop, then you have a network issue.

Is that the error code from web interface? If so, what is the error code that is given from the machine?

Also, are you scanning to email, SMB or what?

The error code is printed out by the copier they have it set up to print confirmation sheets on fail.

The scan is SMB both copiers were installed at the same time one is across the street from the other the office.
While trouble shooting I had them try to scan from the copier across the street and that worked.
They had no intention of scanning across the street I just tried that to make sure the computer name would work on his.

I will check the job list when i go back out.
