    Equitrac Popup Woes

Here's another brain teaser for you guys.

Our customer wants to use his included 10 licenses of the Workstation Client in order to place 10 publicly accessible computers so people who forget their laptop at home can go and print out jobs.

The problem is I can't seem to make the login popup appear - and I've already tried on two different computers. The documentation is scarce (as usual) and only states that I only need to install it to make it work.

    What am I doing wrong?

you may need to turn on the account track/ user authentification on the print driver for the popup to activate.
I try to stay away from equitrac.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

      Tell them to call Equitrac.
Why should you learn their system, they don't have to learn the copier.

Typical customer thinking that the final output device is always the problem.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

        You mean it's NOT?
