Hi,
One of our customers has upgraded all the PC's in the office and the server too. It has been done by a third party IT company. They are all printing fine and for the first 5 days all scanning apart from one PC.
I recieved a phone call from this IT company asking me if there is any issues with Comms Utility and windows 7 as the entire office is now dropping off the address list. I checked to see if comms utility was running (I.E the little blue icon in the tray) It was. All the PC's are hardwired and not wireless connections.
I've never come across this issue with Comms before, has anyone else?
It's not antivirus software. My next thing will be to see if they are running live essentials as I know that it affects SMB with some develops (konica rebadges) we have out in the field.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Kal.
