I saw another post of yours regarding Sharp, so I ASSUMED (I know) that is the OEM you would be working with. The site will take you to other OEM's if Sharp is not the one.

If you have access to Shart Tradenet you can download the manuals for Drivve there: Login -> Got to "Copier, Printer, MFP" -> Solutions -> Select Drivve from the dropdown box.

I know Sharp and Samsung both are useing Drivve, and the setup is somewhat simalar. I haven't set it up yet but have seen it after setup. cool but I'm not sure it's that cool yet as it is an extended architecture app.

Was the misspelling of Sharp on purpose or do you consider that company as a Shart (a cross between a shit and a fart)?

We have a few customers using it. It's a pretty powerful program but the one thing to make sure is make sure the customers have all the Pre Req's. We've only had one customer have any real issues with it and it's all been on their end. The server was bogging down and causing all sorts of strange issues. I attached an install guide. Hope it helps!
