    Ricoh MPC 4502 (e5300 Fiery)

Trying to install the Fiery PostScript driver on a 32 bit Windows 2003 server, the 32 bit driver installs fine but when you go to install the additional driver for the 64 bit it says it cant find the ".inf" file. I have tried to get the driver directly from the Fiery and from the Ricoh download site, basically the 64 and 32 bit drivers are one in the same, you just have to browse to the 64 bit folder when it's unzipped.
I also have tried to log onto the 64 bit workstation and tried to add the 64 bit driver on the server that way to no avail.

Treat this as any other driver. Download the 32 bit and extract. Download the 64 bit and extract into a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FOLDER. Install 32 bit driver. From Additional drivers browse to the 64 bit folder. Install this driver.

I called Ricoh on this one, found out the Fiery 64 bit will not work on server 2003 32 bit.

Unzip the 64 bit driver on a 64 bit machine. Click on Additional Drivers on the 32 bit Server and browse to the 64 bit machine folder.

I had the customer try to add it from the 64 bit workstation like Techsass said and he claimed that didn't work.

Bummer. Maybe Ricoh is right, but it seems odd. I've done it a few times now. In fact I just did it last Monday on a 32 bit Server 2003, that's why I posted. I wasn't dealing with a Fiery, but I don't see why that should matter. Are they able to load it on the 64 bit machine and print?

Ah, but with Fiery drivers, it DOES matter. They are far more complex than "normal" drivers, so they don't behave as you would hope.

Just try to set one up in a Citrix environment... no can do!

Yes we could add it as a local printer from a 64 bit workstation.
