Customer is trying to import CSV file from active directory to machine with Smart Device Monitor for Admin, it works but every user comes up as frequent , is there any way to modify the csv file so that you can select by title instead ? They have 100's of users.

You could try exporting the current address book as csv, find what the first user is in the csv and on the copier remove it from the frequent list, export another csv and do side by side comparison. If you can determine what value is changed you could use a regular expression to alter all the users, I would recommend Notepad++.
