    Mac question

    Hello

I have a customer that has an es2830c and they are running mac os 10.8. I am not familiar with macs at all. The firmware version is 110. They are telling me they can not use all the functions when printing. In talking to them it sounds like they are using a universal driver and when they go to the Toshiba site the drivers do not work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a later firmware version out?

    Thank you

They do not currently have a driver for 10.8.

The 10.7 universal print driver should be version 2.1 or 2.0 depending on if it is the postscript or pcl respectively. Try each of these and see if you have any luck.

If the above is a no-go, I believe the EStudio 2830c is in the same series as the 4520c. See if this firmware will work for you (this is the current sys330 firmware for the printer--not the computer).
